Backyard Metal Detecting

  My wife bought me a metal detector for a hobby of mine, Treasure hunting. A good way to pass by lot's of time while having a blast. If you cant handle that eager feeling in the gut that screams at you , than please do not use a metal detector..

 I begun scavenging my backyard and creek for unknown objects. The things I've uncovered are just common house hold items or building supply's. You win some and you loose some.

First time metal detecting and found some stuff.

Rusty pipe dug out of the creek bed

Type of Bolt found near a tree

Old Chain found wrapped around roots of a tree 1 foot under ground.

Type of cover  found near my Pond (Aluminum)
